Sport Performance Training (SPT) is the bread and butter of our training programs. SPT is for everyone. This training has the most flexibility, an athlete can train 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 times a week. The method of training can be semi-private (small group), larger group or even entire teams. In the Sport Performance Training every athlete will be working on / training the following:
Liner Speed – Run faster straight ahead
Lateral Speed – Run faster side to side
Jumping and Landing – Jump high and land properly to help reduce injury to the knees
Strength – Help you become stronger
Conditioning – Train the metabolic system that will help you not run out of gas in your sport.
Mobility – Help your body move the way it was designed to move.
Mental Game – The Game Changer. Everyone works on the physical but only Champions work on their mental game to help them push past their perceived limits to win the contest.
Decrease non-contact Injuries – You work too hard to watch from the sideline due to an injury.
This training can be done in a private setting or a semi-private (small group) or we can train an entire team.
