If you are not involved in a school team lifting program and want to increase just your strength we have a program for that. (Okay, even if you are involved in a team program and want to make sure you are lifting properly and covering all movements we have a program for you too). In the lifting program Chad will write a workout that will cover the major movement patterns in each lifting session. Chad will use his experience and knowledge he has gained from years of coaching, his learning from the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) for his Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) along with the National Sport Performance Association (NSPA) Weight Lifting Certification.
Lifting sessions can be one to four times a week.
