Welcome to Triumph 27, located in Circleville, Ohio. We specializes in Sport Performance Training, and want you to become a better athlete. Whether your goal is to earn that college scholarship, make the varsity team, have more playing time or to just move and play better we have you covered.
Here at Triumph 27 we teach you how to run faster, be quicker, jump higher, become stronger, fuel your body (aka eat better) and develop a better mental edge. If any of this sounds like training that you would want, we ask that you think of us for your training.
At Triumph 27, we believe that everyone can work to be their best. With the Sport Performance Training (SPT) we train you to improve :
Linear Speed – Run faster straight ahead
Lateral Speed – Run faster side to side
Jumping and Landing – Jump higher and land properly to help reduce injury to the knees
Strength – Help you become stronger
Conditioning – Train the metabolic system that will help you not run out of gas in your sport
Mobility – Help your body move the way it was designed to move
Mental Game – The Game Changer. Everyone works on the physical but only Champions work on their mental game to help them push past their perceived limits to win the contest.
Decrease non-contact Injuries – You work too hard to watch from the sideline due to an injury
General Nutrition – Your body will only produce to the point of what you put into it
At Triumph 27, we believe that everyone can work to be the best. You can learn to jump higher. To run faster. To hit harder. We help athletes become faster, stronger, quicker, and minimize injuries. Our workouts are carefully thought out to exercise different parts of the body equally.
Chad Conley - Elite Sports Performance Coach
Chad Conley is a highly credentialed sports performance coach with over 30 years of experience. He holds certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) and as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Each of these certifications requires Chad to complete a minimum of 20-plus hours of continuing education annually, ensuring that he stays at the forefront of the latest advancements in sports science and training methodologies.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Health & Wellness and Sport Management and a Mental Performance Mastery certification, Chad combines physical preparation with mental resilience training. His holistic approach empowers athletes to excel both physically and mentally.
Since 1994, Chad has been a track coach, in addition to coaching swimming, running (from 5Ks to marathons), and triathlons. Over his career, he has worked with athletes across more than a dozen sports, helping hundreds achieve their goal of competing at the college level. His expertise spans biomechanics, injury prevention, and sport-specific conditioning, with personalized programs tailored to each athlete’s needs.
Mentored by some of the world’s most respected coaches, Chad’s commitment to continuous learning and innovation makes him a trusted coach for athletes looking to reach their full potential. His passion, experience, and dedication ensure that his athletes are equipped to succeed at every level.

Triumph 27 offers independent or team sport performance training. One-on-one sessions are available for those looking for a more personal experience. With our speed, agility, and quickness training, we work with athletes to improve technique that will ultimately give them the advantage with drills that help put their bodies in the best position to reduce lag time and gain more speed. Building muscle and strength is a top priority, and it’s done in ways that help to minimize injuries.
Our team training sessions are great for middle or high school teams, or collegiate athletes.
